Delete your account and your data
It is one tap inside the app, and it can also be requested by email. This page explains both routes and exactly what happens afterwards.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
In the app, one tap
Open Cubix, go to the Profile tab and tap "Delete my account and my data".
We do not ask for a reason, there is no screen trying to talk you out of it, and you do not have to write to anybody. It runs immediately.
By email, if you no longer have the app
Write to privacy@usecubix.com telling us your Roblox username.
We do not store your email, so we cannot recognise you by it: to be sure the account is yours before deleting it, we may ask you to confirm from your own Roblox account.
You can also withdraw our permission from Roblox at any time. That cuts off our access, but it does not by itself delete what is already stored — for that, the button in the app or this email.
What happens when you delete it
Your profile is anonymised immediately: the Roblox identifier, the username, the display name, the address of your avatar and of your public profile all stop being there.
The permission you gave us is withdrawn at Roblox immediately, and the tokens we held are destroyed.
Every session is closed, on every phone, and yours comes off the alert list.
The empty row that is left is removed entirely after thirty days.
What is not deleted, and why
Votes on whether a code worked stop being tied to you, but the tally stays: it is what makes the code useful to the next person who reads it.
Technical operating records are kept briefly and contain no name, no IP address and no credential.
None of that identifies you or allows your account to be reconstructed.
If you never signed in
Then there is no account to delete. What you marked as yours, your favourites and your settings are only on your phone, and they go with the app when you uninstall it.
The only thing that leaves the phone without an account is a random identifier that is not tied to you or to your Roblox account. Delete the app and install it again and it is a different one.
Parents and guardians
If a child in your care created an account without your permission, write to privacy@usecubix.com and we delete it when we are told.
We do not ask for age and we do not infer it, so the only way we can know is if you tell us.
