Write to us
support@usecubix.com for anything: a bug, a question, an item priced wrong, an idea.
privacy@usecubix.com for anything to do with your data: access it, correct it, delete it, or ask what we keep.
We are a small team and we answer ourselves, in Spanish, English or Portuguese. There is no phone line and no chat: email is the only channel, and it is the one we read.
What Cubix is
An app that tells you, for the Roblox games you already play, what the things people trade are worth, which codes still work, and what is in the rotating shop right now.
It is free and complete: no subscription, no in-app purchases, nothing locked behind a payment.
It is an unofficial app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
The games it carries
The games you see are not written inside the app: it reads them from our server when it opens. That is why adding one does not make you update anything.
Each game shows only what that game has. If one has no codes, you do not get an empty codes screen — you do not get the screen.
If a game you play is missing, write to us. They arrive when there are enough public sources to hold their values up without inventing them.
The Roblox account
The whole app works without an account. Signing in buys one thing: your stuff is still there when you change phones.
Signing in is Roblox’s own, and it opens in the system browser. You never type your password inside Cubix, and we neither see it nor store it.
You can sign out, or delete the account entirely, from the Profile tab, whenever you like and without explaining yourself.
Alerts
We only alert you about your items and your games. There are no "come back to the app" alerts.
There is a daily cap, and quiet hours that you choose. If the data behind an alert is stale, the alert does not go out.
They can be switched off entirely from the app’s settings, or from your phone’s.
Where the values come from
From several independent community lists, reconciled against each other. We do not set prices: we read them and we cross-check them.
Every value carries when it was measured. If it is old, it looks old, and we do not dress it up as recent.
When the sources disagree, the app says so instead of choosing for you. And if one day we do not know what happened, the curve breaks there rather than drawing a straight line across it.
Codes
Newest at the top, with a copy button the width of the card. After you copy, we ask one question: did it work?
That answer is the whole verification system. A code stops being recommended because people say it did not work for them, not because we decided it.
So if one does not work for you, answer no. That is what fixes it for the next person.
Languages
The app is in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It follows the phone’s language by default, and it is changed in the app’s settings.
This site follows the same rule, and can be forced by adding ?hl=es, ?hl=en or ?hl=pt to the address.
Reporting a bug
Write to support@usecubix.com and tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
It helps enormously to add the phone model, the system version, the app version — it is in the settings — and a screenshot.
Deleting your account
One tap, in the Profile tab: "Delete my account and my data". There is no screen trying to talk you out of it.
What is deleted and when is set out at usecubix.com/delete-account.
Privacy and terms
The privacy policy is at usecubix.com/privacy and the terms at usecubix.com/terms. Both also open from the app’s settings.
Cubix is an unofficial app. Game names and the names of their items belong to their owners and appear only to refer to them.
